摘要:通过对组织惯例变革理论的研究,结合诺基亚手机近二十年来企业竞争力变迁状况,分析组织惯例变革进程对企业竞争力的影响。研究结果显示:组织惯例能够提升组织效能,同时也可能使企业陷入"能力陷阱";组织惯例变革进程快慢与企业竞争力有着直接关系;在组织惯例变革进程中,集体学习向组织共识的转变是影响组织惯例变革进程的主要影响因素。该案例研究对企业提升竞争力具有一定的借鉴意义。
According to the theory of organizational routines change, this paper studies the fact that the speed of organizational routines change has impacted on the competitiveness of enterprises, based on the competitive status changes of Nokia mobile phone over the past two decades. The results showed that: organizational routines can enhance organizational effectiveness, but also can make the enterprise immerse in "the ability trap" ; there is a direct relationship between the speed of the organizational routines change and the competitiveness; and the transformation from collective learning to organizational consensus is the main factor in the process of organizational routines change. The case study is useful to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
