摘要：企业集团是实施创新驱动战略的关键力量,但是现有研究忽视了集团化企业创新的约束条件。本文构建了一个系统的、整合的理论框架来理解集团化企业创新。文章基于战略管理领域的主流理论视角,分析了集团化企业创新的约束条件,并且探讨了集团化企业创新的未来研究方向。
Business groups are the key force of the implementation of innovation-driven strategy, hut existing literature neglects the constraints on innovation in business groups. This paper constructs a systematic and integrative theoretical framework to under- stand innovation in business groups. From the perspectives of mainstream theories in strate- gic management field, it analyzes the constraints on innovation in business groups, and dis- cusses future research directions in innovation in business groups.
