摘要：学术秘书是专门在科研上为专家学者提供辅助服务的工作人员。学科馆员兼任学术秘书,无论是对专家学者的研究、图书馆藏书建设、学科馆员自身水平的提高和图书馆学术的发展等都是大有益处的。
Academic secretary is the employee who provides ancillary services for scholars and experts in research. The academic subject librarian is also concurrently subject secretary, both for experts and scholars in the research, library collection construction. It is beneficial for the improvement of subject librarian level and for the development of library academic level.
