摘要：快速城市化过程中城市用地扩张的问题已成为学者们关注的焦点.在过去20年发展中,郑州城市空间扩张迅速,建成区面积由1996年的112.8 km2增长至2016年的456.6 km2.基于1996,2006和2016年的遥感影像,利用GIS分析法和等扇分析法对郑州近20年的城市用地扩张特征进行研究.结果表明:(1)郑州城市空间扩展规律由渐进式变为突变式,扩展方式以同心圆型扩张为主,外延型扩张为辅;(2)城市建设用地的面积分布主要集中于东北部、东部、东南部区域;(3)当前城市空间扩张重心逐渐向东北方向移动.利用线性回归模型对城市空间扩张影响因素进行分析发现,郑州城市空间扩张主要受第二、三产业,城镇化发展程度,交通客运量,社会固定资产投资等因素影响,其中,城镇化发展程度是最主要的影响因素.
The focus of the scholars was the problem of urban land expansion in the process of rapid urbanization. In the past 20 years, the urban space of Zhengzhou was expanded rapidly, with the built-up area increasing from 112.8 km2 in 1996 to 456.6 km2 in 2016. By using the remote sensing images of 1996, 2006 and 2016, GIS and equal sector techniques, this study examined the characteristics of urban land expansion of Zhengzhou in recent 20 years. The results showed that the urban spatial expansion of Zhengzhou changed from gradual to mutant type, the expansion mode was mainly concentric type expansion, supplemented by the outward extension type. The area distribution of urban construction land was mainly concentrated in the northeast, east and southeast region. Currently, the spatial expansion center of urban space was gradually moved to the northeast. By using the linear regression model, the influence factors of urban spatial expansion were analyzed, and it was found that the spatial expansion of Zhengzhou was mainly affected by the second, third industries, the degree of urbanization development, number of passenger traffic, social fixed asset investment and more, in which the degree of urbanization development was the most important influence factor.
