摘要:研究温度控制优化问题,为准确控制温度,使孵化箱保持恒温,针对传统法人工方式难以保证恒温,提出设计一种利用单片机的温度控制系统。以AT89C2051单片机为核心,结合DS18B20对孵化箱温度进行在线控制,并采用软件控制算法对温度进行智能控制,实现对多个孵化箱的统一管理。结果表明,系统温度控制精度达到了预期的设计目标,温度±0.1℃,具有较高的控制精度,提高了孵化场管理效率,节省了孵化场的成本开支。
Study about temperature control and optimization problems, in order to accurately control the tempera- ture in the incubator The artificial way of traditional method is difficult to guarantee constant temperature. This paper put forward a temperature control system designing method based on single chip. AT89C2051 was taken as the core which was combined with DS18B20 to control the incubator temperature on-line. At the same time, the temperatures were controlled by intelligent control algorithm to achieve management of several incubators. The results show that the precision of temperature control system has achieved the desired goals, and it has high control accuracy, improves the hatchery management efficiency, and greatly saves the hatchery costs.
