摘要：“育才造士,为国之本。”一个政党、一个国家能不能不断培养出优秀领导人才,在很大程度上决定着这个政党、这个国家的兴衰存亡。习近平总书记着眼建设堪当民族复兴重任的高素质干部队伍,紧扣“怎样是好干部、怎样成长为好干部、怎样把好干部用起来”以及“选什么样的人、从哪里选人、怎么用人”等关键问题,着力健全源头培养、系统培养、跟踪培养、全程培养的干部素质培养体系,德才兼备、以德为先、任人唯贤、人事相宜的干部选拔任用体系,管思想、管工作、管作风、管纪律的干部从严监管体系,崇尚实干、带动担当、加油鼓劲的正向激励体系,扎实做好干部的培育、选拔、管理与使用等各项工作,为以中国式现代化全面推进并实现中华民族伟大复兴提供坚强政治与组织保证。
"Cultivating and creating talents is the foundation of the country." Whether a political party or a country can train outstanding leaders constantly determines the rise and fall of the party or the country extensively.General Secretary Xi Jinping focuses on building a team of high-quality cadres who can undertake the task of national rejuvenation,about such key questions as "how to make a good cadre, how to grow into a good cadre, and how to put them to use" and "what kind of people can be chosen, from where and how to employ them",we will strive to improve the cadre quality training system featuring source training,systematic training,tracking training and whole-process training,the cadre selection and appointment system featuring both virtue and ability, morality first, merit-based appointment and appropriate personnel, and the cadre supervision system featuring ideology, work,style of work and discipline, advocate a positive incentive system that is solid, responsible and inspiring, and do a solid job in the cultivation, selection, management and use of the department, so as to provide a strong political and organizational guarantee for comprehensively promoting and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization.
