摘要：香港创业板是以成长型企业为目标的新兴股票市场 ,相对主板市场 ,上市门槛低 ,融资与持续融资能力诱人 ,有利于提高企业管理水平和吸引核心人才。内地高科技企业应抓住机遇 ,积极到香港创业板上市。
GEM targets companies from all industries and of all size. To accommodate the growth of companies without a performance track record, the qualifications of listing on GEM are in general lower than those of the Main Board. Coming into the GEM, financing and refinancing will be easy, company management level will be improved and core personnel will be attracted. Inland high tech enterprises should take the opportunity and come into the GEM.
