摘要：人类的一切经济创造终将是为人们的精神所求 ,如果忽视了精神文明和人文精神的培育和追求 ,社会的发展就失去意义 ,经济发展就极有可能呈现出畸形的状态。旅游作为物质文明和精神文明的共同体现 ,古往今来都不仅是“食、住、行、游、购、娱”的需要 ,把“教” (教育 )明确为旅游的第七要素而加以正视和重视 ,就是要从产业上加深人们对旅游教育功能的认识 ,强调旅游对经济和文化的双重贡献 ,促使旅游业以一种志存高远的精神 ,追求旅游与社会、人文、环境的和谐互动 。
The ignorance of cultivating and seeking spiritual civilization and humanism will result in the insignificance and abnormality of social and economic development. Tourism, as the combination of both material and spiritual civilization, can meet the needs of catering, lodging, sightseeing, purchasing, transportation and entertainment. This essay intends to deepen the understanding of the tourism's education function form industrial view and stresses on the dual contribution to economy and culture by clarifying education as the seventh element to tourism. Thus tourism harmonizes with society, humanism and environment's sustainable development.
