摘要：绿色金融是绿色产业发展的重要突破口和抓手,是实现环保产业发展的桥梁和纽带,绿色金融工具的精准实施对产业转型发展具有重要意义。本研究以河南省绿色金融落实情况为例,分析河南省绿色金融支持现状及在金融支持绿色发展方面尚存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相关措施和建议,助力河南省更好地顺应绿色发展潮流,提高绿色发展生产总值。
Green finance is an important breakthrough and starting point for the development of green industry,as well as a bridge and link to realize the development of environmental protection industry.The accurate implementation of green financial tools is of great significance to the industrial transformation and development.Taking the implementation of green finance in Henan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of green finance support in Henan province and the existing problems in financial support for green development,and puts forward relevant measures and suggestions for these problems,in order to better comply with the trend of green development in Henan Province and boost the gross product of green development.
