摘要：作为各级地方政府投融资的主要实现途径,地方政府投融资平台在为城镇基础设施建设融资、支持地方经济发展中发挥了重要作用。但由于运作的不规范,也隐藏着一系列的财政金融风险。重点分析了地方政府投融资平台的运作机理,并通过对政府投融资平台的SWOT分析,有针对性地提出了规范发展的政策建议。
As the main way of financing of local government at all levels, the Local government financing platform for urban infrastructure financing, support local economic development plays an important role. However, the operation is irregular, also hide a series of fiscal and financial risks. This paper analyzes the operation mechanism of local government financing platform, and through the SWOT analysis of government financing platform, puts forward the specification development policy recommendations.
