摘要：文章通过构建包含能源使用效率的三部门动态随机一般均衡(DSGE)模型,研究环保技术、能源价格以及政府治污支出等措施对宏观经济的动态效应。研究结果发现:环保技术、能源价格及政府治污支出虽对经济有轻微负效应,但在一定程度上能够减少能源消费、降低碳排放量,进而长期改善生态环境质量;生产技术虽能使经济在短期内迅速增长,但同时会恶化环境质量;能源使用效率提高能够提高环保技术、能源价格及政府治污支出对生态环境的改善效果,但同时也增强了其对经济的负效应。
This paper mainly studies the dynamic effects of environmental protection technology,energy prices and government pollution control measures on macroeconomics.The study found that:Although environmental protection technology,energy prices and government expenditures on pollution control have a slight negative effect on the economy,they can reduce energy consumption and car-bon emissions to a certain extent,thereby improving the quality of the ecological environment in the long run.Although production tech-nology can make the economy grow rapidly in the short term,it will also deteriorate environmental quality.Increasing energy efficiency can deepen the improvement effect of environmental protection technology,energy price and government pollution control expenditure on the ecological environment,but at the same time,it also enhances its negative effect on the economy.
