摘要：新冠肺炎疫情的全球蔓延,对全球汽车产业链造成严重冲击。疫情叠加经济、技术、政治等因素的影响,驱动全球汽车产业链重构加速。后疫情时代,全球汽车产业链将朝着短链化、本土化和区域化的趋势发展,增加值分布加速向价值链两端转移,产业链治理模式趋于内部化。全球汽车产业链重构将极大压缩我国参与全球产业链的空间,削减价值获取的机会,阻断获取先进技术的路径,使我国汽车产业升级面临严峻挑战。对此,亟需调整我国汽车产业发展战略和政策重点,更好地平衡自主创新与参与国际合作。
The global spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has seriously impacted the global automotive industry chain.The pandemic has been accelerating the restructuring of the global automotive industry chain combined with economic,technological and political factors.In the post-pandemic era,the global automotive industry chain will develop towards the trend of short chain,localization and regionalization.The distribution of added value will accelerate to shift to both ends of the global value chain,and the governance model of global industry chain will tend to be internalized.The reconstruction of the global automotive industry chain will greatly compress the space for China to participate in the global industry chain,reduce the opportunity to acquire value,and block the path to obtain advanced technologies,so the upgrading of China’s automotive industry will face severe challenges.Therefore,it is urgent to adjust development strategies and policy priorities of China’s automobile industry to better balance independent innovation and participation in international cooperation.
