摘要：科技的发展和数字化时代的到来,不仅改变了我们生活的方方面面,同时也对商业活动产生了深远影响。出于数据挖掘和快速市场反应的需求,使得企业开始加快数字化、智能化的转型速度。商务智能技术开始受到企业的青睐,科技实力也成为现代企业的核心竞争力之一。本文采用“数字化背景下企业商务智能与分析使用状况调查”问卷,对河南省内150家中小型企业进行了调查。调查结果显示:商务智能技术虽然在客观上提升了中小型企业的绩效水平,并且受到越来越多企业的关注;但与此同时企业在商务智能应用和数字化转型过程中也存在许多困难和问题有待解决。
The development of science and technology and the arrival of digital era have changed all aspects of our lives,but also have profound impacts on business activities.For the demand of data mining and rapid market response,enterprises began to speed up the digital and intelligent transformation speed.Business intelligence technology has been favored by enterprises,and technological strength has become one of the core competitiveness of modern enterprises.In this paper,150 small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province were investigated by using the questionnaire of"business intelligence and usage analysis of enterprises in digital back?ground".The results showed that:business intelligence technology had objectively improved the performance level of small and medium-sized enterprises,and had attracted more and more en?terprises'attention;but at the same time,there were many difficulties and problems to be solved in the process of business intelligence application and digital transformation.
