摘要:助学贷款的出现 ,不仅意味着金融业务在居民领域的延伸 ,还标志着我国教育体制从计划体制向社会主义市场经济体制转化 ,大众化非义务教育进入可操作阶段。银行、学子及其家长对教育贷款投资特性、经济价值的认识差异 ,是助学贷款供需难以沟通的症结所在。只有建立现代投资、消费和信贷理念 ,借贷双方在市场经济原则上取得共识 ,才能促进助学贷款的良性循环 ,达到社会效益与经济效益双赢的效果。
Education assistantship loan is not only an extension of financial service, but also a symbol of alteration in education system from planned economy to socialist market economy. Banks, students and their parents have different understanding on investment features of the education loan, which stands in the way of the supply and the demand and stops them from joining hands. Therefore, the establishment of a modern mentality in investment, consumption and loan is necessary for the borrowers and lenders to attain a unanimous understanding under the principles of market economy. Only by doing this can a virtuous circle be achieved and a gain in both social and economic aspects be earned.
