摘要：我国社会主义初级阶段 ,由于历史条件落后性、生产力多层次性、世界经济全球性、思想意识传承性等因素的影响 ,资本主义经济成分再度出现并有继续发展的趋势。其具体表现为私营经济、港澳台经济、外资经济等形式。今后 ,它们将会在我国得到更快、更大、更广、更深的发展。问题的关键不在于是否允许资本主义经济成分的存在和发展 ,而在于如何正确地对待它 ,更充分地利用它为建设中国特色社会主义服务。
Because of the multi-level of productivity and the globalization of the world economy, the capitalist economic components appear again and have a trend of continuous development at the primary stage of socialist society. Their specific representations are forms like the private economy, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan's economy and foreign capital economy. In the future, they will have a quicker, larger, wider and deeper development in China. The key point to this question is not whether to allow their existence and development, but how to deal with them correctly and fully utilize them to serve the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
