摘要：农户粮作经营行为取向是对自身因素与外界环境变化的理性反应。研究表明:满足自家需要以及增加现金收入是农户从事粮作经营的主要动机,且随种植规模的扩大,农户满足自家需要的动机在减弱,而增加现金收入的动机在增强;较小规模粮作经营户有动态缩减粮食播种面积的行为取向,而较大规模粮作经营户则有动态增加粮食播种面积的行为取向;较大规模的粮作经营户更易于实现规模化经营收益,具有相对较高的内在动力从事粮作经营;在现行粮食政策下,政策对农户粮作经营行为的制度激励效应有限,因而亟需采取优化粮食政策目标、强化粮食政策手段的科学性与可操作性、完善粮食政策传导机制等策略。
Preference of farmer＇s behavior is reasonably responsed to internal factors and external environment . According to the correlative research： it is dominant motive for farmer＇s behavior to meet their demand and increase cash income, and with the enlarging of scale, the motive to meet their demand is becoming weaker and weaker, but the motive to increase cash income is becoming more stronger. The smaller scale＇s households have the choice to reduce grain planting area; however, the large scale＇s households are adverse which are easier to make scale-operating income and have stronger internal motive to produce grain. At present, the policy＇s stimulating effect on farmer＇s behavior is limited. So some strategies should be taken urgently to optimize the goal of grain policy, promote grain policy＇s means to become more scientific and feasible, polish up grain policy＇s conductive system.
