摘要：在对国内外旅游景区游客满意度相关文献分析的基础上,对河南省26个旅游景区进行了实地问卷调查和数据的SPSS统计分析,对河南省旅游景区游客满意度做了多方面的评价.结果表明:不同性别游客的比例构成及满意度得分没有表现出差异性,而在年龄、学历、家庭月收入、出游方式上的游客比例和满意度得分表现出差异性;旅游交通及环境令游客满意,旅游购物、食宿条件、景区管理及服务、旅游资源开发令游客不太满意;不同A级景区整体满意度差异不太大,在不同调查指标上存在差异性;文化与娱乐类景区的满意度得分高于宗教与祭祀类和自然风光类景区,且不同指标之间的差异明显.针对差异分析和现存的问题,提出了一系列切实可行的对策建议,用于指导旅游服务,提升管理水平.
Based on the literature analysis of domestic and international tourist satisfaction, this study made a survey and SPSS statistics of 26 tourist attractions in Henan Province, and then made a number of evaluations on the satisfaction of tourists in Henan Province. The results show that in terms of visitor characteristics, there are no differences in the proportion of different gender tourists, but in age, education, family income, and travel mode, the proportion of tourists and satisfaction score show differences. In the specific content of the investigation, tourist traffic and the environment make the tourists satisfied, but the tourism shopping, accommodation, management and service of the scenic area, and the development of tourism resources make the tourists unsatisfied. There is not much difference in the overall satisfaction of different grade scenic spots, although there is a difference in the specific survey indicators. The satisfaction of cultural and entertainment spots is higher than that of religion and worship. For the difference analysis and the existing problems, the study has put forward a series of feasible countermeasures and suggestions to guide the tourism service and improve the management level.
