摘要：专业化的管理经验是一种能够创造价值的隐性知识资产,但经验价值的实现受到管理情境中风险因素的影响,不同类型的经验在不同类型的风险情境中会存在价值差异。笔者采用2008—2017年我国高新技术上市公司数据,构建动态面板sys_GMM模型,检验内源性风险和外源性风险对于经验价值的影响,同时考察专业化经验与广博性经验之间的交互作用。计量研究的结果表明,内源性风险有利于专业化经验在提升企业绩效方面发挥作用,而外源性风险不利于专业化经验在提升企业绩效方面发挥作用。情境风险对专业化经验-企业绩效主效应的上述调节效应受到经验广博程度的影响。丰富的跨行从业经历为专业化经验提供了触类旁通和灵活机变的可能性,从而能够在一定程度上帮助克服外源性风险情境对于专业化经验的价值所产生的负面影响。进一步的分组检验表明,达到专家水平的专业化经验在外源性风险情境下仍将对企业绩效产生显著的负效应,但这种负效应在具备跨行从业经历的样本组中消失。
Professional management experience is a kind of tacit intellectual asset that can create value.However,the exertion of experience value is affected by the risk situation.Different types of experience will have value differences in different types of risk scenarios.In this study,panel data of high-tech listed companies in China from 2008 to 2017 were used.We build the dynamic system GMM model to test the influence of endogenous risk and exogenous risk on the value of experience as well as the interaction between professional experience and extensive experience.The results of empirical research show that endogenous risk can promote the role of professional experience in improving firm performance,but exogenous risk is not conducive to the role of professional experience in improving enterprise performance.The aforementioned regulating effect of risk situation on the relationship between professional experience and firm performance is influenced by breadth of experience.Abundant cross-industry experiences give professional experience the possibility of flexibility,which can help to overcome the negative effect of exogenous risk situation on the value of professional expe- rience to some extent.Further grouping tests show that professional experience reaching the expert level will still has a significant negative effect on firm performance in exogenous risk situations,but this negative effect disappears in the sample group with cross-industry experiences.
