摘要：随着我国经济发展方式的转变,城市空间将面临着由增量扩展到存量优化的重要转型,快速的城市空间拓展造成了城市新区之间、新区与老城区之间功能割裂或混乱、许多新区面临着基础设施和社会服务体系严重滞后,城市生态环境恶化等诸多问题,针对这些问题,提出了要及时构建适应城市空间存量优化阶段的城市新的规划和管理体制、完善城市交通网络系统、及早进行产业的置换和重组、规划和建设城市新区社会公共服务体系等措施。
With the transformation of economic development mode in China,urban space will face the important transition from incremental expansion to inventory optimization. Rapid expansion of urban space led to the functional fragmentation and confusion among new areas or new areas and old districts,the serious lag of infrastructure and social service system in many new areas,ecoenvironment deterioration in some urban etc. In terms of the above problems,the author put forward the following measures： to create new urban planning and management system which can adapt the inventory optimization phase of urban space,to improve the traffic net system in urban,to carry out the industrial permutation and reorganization as early as possible,to plan and establish social service system of new urban areas.
