摘要：基于对1980名农民工的调查数据,通过方差分析和回归分析,从农民工分层分化即异质性的角度分析了农民工的城市融入程度差异,以及异质性要素对城市融入程度的影响机理。结果表明:农民工群体内部的差异和分化导致了其在城市融入程度上也存在很大差异;年龄、性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、务工目的、交际网络、流动模式、职业、收入水平等异质性要素对农民工的城市融入程度具有影响;务工年限及其差异对其城市融入水平影响不显著。建议农民工城市融入政策措施的制订应该考虑农民工群体的异质性。
Based on the census data of 1980 migrant rural workers, a comparative study is conducted on the city integration difference among different migrant rural workers and in fluence mechanism of heterogeneity factors on the city integration. The results from analysis of varianceand regression show that heterogeneity of mi-grant rural workers lead to their city integration differences; the following heterogeneity factors including age, sex, marital status, education level, aim of migration, social intercourse, mi- gration patterns, occupation, income, influence city integration of migrant rural workers. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate city integration policy for migrant workers according to their heterogeneity.
