摘要：从宏观角度介绍资产证券化在我国的发展情况及前景,分析在我国开展“抵押贷款证券化”的必要性及可行性,探讨把上海作为试点城市进行“抵押贷款证券化”的实际操作等问题,并提出建议。
This paper gives an introduclion about the present and future development of the asset-se cu ritiliza tion.It an alyzes the necessity and fea sibili ty of the mortgaged loan securitiliza tion and prob es into the prac tice of the mortgaged loan se curitiliza tion in shanghai.Some suggestions are al-so under consideration.
