摘要：文章通过一则微博"杭州图书馆不拒乞丐入馆"而引发的热议,阐述图书馆界多年来对读者实行免费开放的制度,这其中不乏乞丐和拾荒者。作者在文中列举了国内外很多图书馆对弱势群体在制度上的人文关怀,并提出对于当今现象的反思,不仅仅是图书馆人需要反思,国民也需要反思。
According to the debate from a microblog entitled ＂Hangzhou Library Claims No Objection to the Admission of Beggars＂, the author discusses the free admission to all readers in libraries, which include beggars and scavengers. The author enumerates a number of policies for disadvantaged social groups in many libraries home and abroad that shows humanistic care for the people, Moreover, puts forward some introspection on the current phenomenon, including not only librarians, but also the whole nation as well.
