摘要：网络社会的崛起，需要网络伦理学的快速成长。构建中国特色的社会主义网络伦理学，首先必须考虑“网情”和中国的现实国情，正确把握其研究基础。笔者着重从技术层面、文化层面、政治层面和理论层面，探讨了中国社会主义网络伦理学研究的技术基础、文化基础、政治基础和理论基础。
With the network society rising, it needs the network ethics to grow up fast. Setting up the Chinese characteristic socialism network ethics must consider the ＂ network circumstance＂ and the Chinese realistic circumstance first, and master one＇ s research foundation. From the technical level, culture level, political level and theories level, this text emlc.hasizes the Chinese socialism network ethics research foundation of technique, culture, political and theories.
