摘要：构建中介效应与调节效应的混合模型,通过对河南省企业的问卷调查,实证研究企业政治关系对技术创新与经济绩效的影响。研究发现:企业政治关系对技术创新、经济绩效均产生了显著促进作用,技术创新在企业政治关系与经济绩效之间起到了部分中介效应,企业规模负向调节了政治关系对技术创新、经济绩效的影响。为了进一步提高经济绩效,企业有必要积极进行政治关系的开拓深化,努力获取各种政府资源,强化技术创新能力,转变发展方式;政府也应持续加大对企业尤其是小企业的支持力度,由传统帮扶转向更多创新性支持。
Based on the theoretical analysis,a mixed model of mediating effect and moderating effect is constructed.By conducting questionnaire surveys of enterprises in Henan Province,the impact of enterprises’political connection on technological innovation and economic performance is empirically studied.The results indicate that enterprises’political connection has a significant positive impact on economic performance,and technological innovation has a partial mediating role in the relationship between enterprises’political connection and economic performance.The firm size plays a negative regulatory role in the influence of enterprises’political connection on technological innovation and economic performance.Finally,this paper puts forward the policy and management recommendations for the government and enterprises to coordinate action and further optimize the political connection to promote technological innovation and improve economic performance of enterprises.
