摘要：城市群是区域发展的重要空间组织形式,土地有序利用是城市群可持续发展的基础。以县区为基本单元,从土地资源自然和经济的双重属性,对中原城市群土地利用进行综合评价,采用空间关联指数对社会经济和资源环境综合评价结果进行空间格局分析,采用两者耦合研究方法,对中原城市群土地利用进行了类型区划分。结果表明:中原城市群土地利用的社会经济和资源环境综合评价值具有较强的集中与分异特征,两者在空间分布上具有一定的互斥性,社会经济热点区域主要集中在郑州市、洛阳市市辖区和邻近郊县,部分地级市的中心市区也相对较高,资源环境热点区域主要位于中原城市群的东北和西南,结合两者的空间耦合特征,将中原城市群土地利用划分为5个类型区,并对每一个类型区提出了相应的土地利用策略。
Urban agglomeration is an important spatial organization form of regional development, land use orderly is crucial for sustainable development of urban agglomeration. Choosing the counties or district as basic research unit, a comprehensive evaluation system for Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration＇ s potential land use was constructed in two aspects： socio-economic and resource-environment, the method of spatial association index was used to divide the level of comprehensive evaluation values, the regional difference of land use were examined by subsystem analysis and system level evaluation methods, finally, the land use of Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration was regionalized. The main results were shown as follows, the comprehensive evaluation values of socio-economic and resource-environment shows significant agglomeration and differentiation, both have a certain exclusive in spatial distribution, hot spots of socio- economic were concentrated in those areas such as city area and neighboring counties of Zhengzhou city and Luoyang city, which also includes some city＇ s central district, hot spots of resource- environment were mainly located in the northeast and southwest part of Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration. Considering the coupling between socio-economic＇ s comprehensive evaluation values and resource-environment＇ s comprehensive evaluation values, the pattern of potential land use in Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration was divided into five types, some management policies and countermeasures were put forward for every type, this research could provide certain scientific reference for optimal land use of Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration.
