摘要：新型农村集体经济组织作为体制机制创新的新型市场主体,体现了集体资产归全体成员所有而收益归成员个人所有的双重性,因而大幅促进了我国农民其中主要是都市圈中的城中村、城郊村和经济发达村农民的财产性收入的增长。在欠发达农村农民走向共同富裕的道路上,通过发挥兼具集体主义精神与市场经营能力的新型农民企业家的作用,新型农村集体经济组织将既有助于其部分成员携资进城,又有助于其留在农村的成员实现人均资源拥有量倍增,并有助于其在农业工商业化过程中通过集约化经营,增强自身的纽带作用与规模效应、提高自身的市场主体地位与市场议价能力、降低其对接城市资本下乡的市场风险与交易成本。
As new market player of system and mechanism innovation,New Rural Collective Economic Organizations(NRCEO)possesses double characteristics-properties owned collectively and gains owned individually.It results in a dramatic increase in rural property income of urban,suburb and developed villages.To achieve common prosperity in underdeveloped rural regions,through the role of new peasant entrepreneurs who combine the spirit of collectivism and market management ability,NRCEO will help some of their members to bring their capital to the city and help those who remain in the countryside to multiply their per capita resource holdings,and help them to enhance their bonding role and scale effect,improve their status as market players and market bargaining power,and reduce the market risks and transaction costs of connecting urban capital to the countryside through intensive management in the process of agricultural commercialization.
