摘要：采用泰尔指数方法测算了1990-2014年中国区域经济差异,并结合相应的人均收入数据,运用马尔可夫链方法分析了区域收入与经济差异之间的联动性及其演变趋势。得到的主要结论有:1)区域收入与经济差异之间存在一定的关系。低收入类型中既存在经济差异较低的区域也存在经济差异较高的区域;中等收入类型区域主要以高经济差异为主,且经济差异呈逐渐缩小的趋势;高收入类型区域以高经济差异和中等经济差异居多,并呈现出高经济差异向中等经济差异转变的趋势。2)区域收入与经济差异之间具有联动性。低收入-低差异区域主要分布在中国中部,且保持低收入-低差异状态的概率较高;中等收入-中等差异类型的区域最容易发生状态转移;高收入-高差异区域不容易向中等收入-低差异区域转移,而高收入-低差异区域则可能成为高收入-中等差异区域。3)从长期看,低收入-中等差异区域的稳定性较高,中等收入-中等差异区域可能向其他类型的区域转移。最后,提出了缩小区域经济差异的政策建议。
This paper analyzes the joint dynamics on regional income and economic disparities by using Theil index method tocalculate reg io nal eco nomic dispar ities in China fr om1990to2014,combined w ith the co rresponding per capita income data andusing the method of M arkov chain.Main conclusions ar e obtained that:1)T here is a certain relat ionship betw een reg io nal income and economic disparities.Lower and higher economic dispar ities exist in low income type region.Medium income type region is mainly based on high economic disparities,and the economic differences are gradually nar row ing.High income type region is mainly based on high economic and medium economic disparit ies with pr esenting atr end of high economic disparitieschanging to medium economic disparities.2)Reg io nal income and eco nomic dispar ities have joint dynamics.The type of low income and low disparit ies mainly dist ributes in middle China,which has gr eat potential in low income and low dispar ities state.The economic disparities between the middle-income regions are gradually reduced,and the type o f medium income and high disparities is the most proneto transfer.The type of high income and high dispar ities is not easy to transfer to medium income andlow disparities.The type of high income and low dispar ities may change to the type of high income and medium dispar ities.3)Inthe long run,the type of low income and medium dispa rities are the most stable.The type of medium income and medium disparities has agreater possibility to tr ansfer to other types.In the last,this paper puts forward the policy recommendations to reducethe regional economic disparities.
