摘要：基于制度环境视角,采用重点访谈和问卷调查的方式,比较了浙江和河南两省民营企业的政治行为。研究发现:两省民营企业的政治行为存在显著差异,这些差异表现在政治环境、政治策略和政治行为的有效性上,反映了他们所处的正式和非正式制度环境的不同。研究结果初步揭示了一国内部不同地区间企业政治行为存在差异的可能性及其特点,同时为两省各级政府和民营企业改善其政治参与环境、提高政治参与效率提供了参考。
Based on an institutional environmental view, adopting an in-depth interview and survey approach, the paper compares and contrasts the corporate political behavior of privately-owned businesses in Zhejiang and Henan, and finds that corporate political activi- ties of these companies in the two provinces are of significant differences in terms of their political environment, political strategies, and the effectiveness of their respective activities. The formal and informal institutions explain the differences. The results, on one hand, contribute to the comparative studies of corporate political activities, on the other have some important implications to both the govern- ment and the companies of these two provinces.
