摘要：基于现实和理论分析提出开采加工龙头企业自主集群化是一般稀土产业定价权增进的必然选择。进而,构建对应自主三环节集群化创新路径,并阐释其根植性增进一般稀土产业定价权机理。在此基础上提出了我国一般稀土产业定价权根植性增进推动的针对性政策建议。
Based on reality and theoretical analysis,put forward that the independent cluster of mining and processing leading enterprises is the inevitable choice to promote the pricing power of general rare earth industry.And then,built a three-step independent clustering innovation path,and explained its mechanism of rooted improvement in the pricing power.On this basis,proposed the targeted recommendations.
