摘要：在文献回顾的基础上,根据管理会计变革过程模型和对案例企业的实地调研与访谈,对其长达5年的ABC创新项目进行变革过程的阐述和评价,并对实施效果进行分析。研究成果有助于我们深刻理解管理会计变革过程的本质和后果,并为我国企业引进和实施管理会计创新提供极其宝贵的经验证据。
On the basis of literature review,according to the process of management accounting change model and the case of the enterprise field research and interviews,this paper describes and evaluate the change process and the operation effect of ABC innovation project for 5 years. This research helps us to understand deeply the essence of management accounting change process and consequences,and for China＇s enterprises to introduce and provide empirical evidence of extremely valuable implementation proof of management accounting innovation.
