摘要：选取四大要素、23项指标,针对河南省六大重点行业,构建了一套自主创新能力评价指标体系。在此基础上,运用层次分析法对河南省六大重点行业的自主创新能力进行了比较分析。结果表明,河南省重点行业自主创新能力总体水平不高且行业间配置不均衡,必须从改善自主创新环境入手,全面提升各行业自主创新能力。
Four elements and 23 indicators are selected to set up the evaluation indicator system for the independent inno- vation ability of the six key industries in Henan Province. Based on the system, the independent innovation ability of the six key industries in Henan province is taken into comparative analysis with AHP. The findings reveal that the independent in- novation ability of the key industries is lower and the configuration between industries is imbalanced. It must improve the environment of independent innovation to upgrade the industry＇ s independent innovation ability.
