摘要：在研究优先领域上,增加"农业"和"先进制造业"两个重点领域;在人力资本方面,更加重视全民创新,注重培养劳动者的知识和技能;在知识创新方面,重视投资和资助,强化科研基础设施建设;在企业创新方面,重视数字国家建设,强调促进创新公司成长。
In the research priority areas,they have added two key areas of＂agriculture＂and＂advanced manufacturing industry＂.In human capital,they have paid more attention to innovation and focused on cultivating knowledge and skills of laborers.In terms of knowledge innovation,they have paid more attention to investment and funding,strengthened the construction of scientific research infrastructure.In the enterprise innovation,they have paid more attention to digital national construction,and focused on promoting the growth of the innovation company.
