摘要：过去几十年体教结合的实践,为今天的体教融合树立了道路自信.奠定了理论基础.构建了制度框架,梳理了文化脉络:但也不可否认.价值观的错位确实形成了体教结合的难点、痛点与堵点。国家体育总局和教育部联合印发《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》展现了体教融合价值引领的闪光点,彰显了以人民为中心的价值理念;在重塑学校体育价值观中,用学校体育价值观增进人民身心健康福祉、学校体育价值观引领学生全面发展、学校体育价值观开凿社会经济发展动力源、学校体育价值观提升国家软实力;《意见》弘扬和谐的社会主义核心价值观.以思想融合、目标融合、资源融合、措施融合等促进体教深度融合;《意见》的改革创新之举,为“体育+医疗卫生”“体育+文化旅游”等融合提供可复制、可推广的发展模式和机制。
The practice of combining sports and education over the past few decades has built up confidence in to-day's integrating sports and education,laid a theoretical foundation,established an institutional framework,and sorted out the cultural context.However,it is undeniable that the misalignment and distortion of values have indeed presented difficulties,challenges and barriers when combining sports and education.The General Administration of Sport of China and the Ministry of Education of China jointly issued the"Opinions on Further Integrating Sports and Education to Promote Adolescents'Health and Development",which showcases the highlight of shaping values via integrating sports and education,as well as the people-centered approach.In reshaping school sports values,they should serve the purposes of enhancing people's physical and mental health and well-being,guiding students'all-round development,tapping into the driving force for socio-economic development,and enhancing China's soft power.The"Opinions"promote harmonious core socialist values,and promote further integration of sports and education via the integration of ideas,goals,resources and measures.The reform and innovation measures proposed in the"Opinions"provide a reproducible development model and mechanism for integrating"sports and health care"and"sports and cultural tourism".
