摘要：在对企业技术创新能力内涵进行全面和深入讨论的基础上,从企业在技术创新的过程中所体现出来的创新决策能力、管理能力、市场营销能力、研究开发能力、生产制造能力等才是实现超额利润的源泉这一观点入手,对企业技术创新的过程进行系统分析,建立评价指标体系设计的原则,提出具有实用性和可操作性的企业技术创新能力的评价指标体系。
Based on the overall and profound discussion of the definition about the enterprise technological innovation capabilities, this paper elaborates on the point that the source of gaining super - profits comes from the capabilities of innovation decision- making, management, marketing, research and manufacturing in the process of enterprise technological innovation. It provides a systematic analysis and sets up the principles for the evaluation indicators system. The paper comes up with the practical and flexible technological innovation capability evaluation indicators system, thus providing the overall evaluation system for the enterprise technological innovation capabilities.
