摘要:黄河流域农业发展具有重要的战略地位,厘清黄河流域农业碳排放的时空特征和空间效应对实现“双碳”目标和加强黄河流域区域合作具有重要意义。利用2005—2020年黄河流域省级面板数据分析黄河流域农业碳排放的时空特征,构建空间杜宾模型分析其空间影响效应。结果表明:2005—2020年黄河流域农业碳排放总量呈现先上升后下降的趋势,农业碳排放强度总体呈现逐步下降的趋势,说明近年来农业减排效果显著。黄河流域各省区的农业碳排放强度存在较强的空间自相关,且呈现相似值聚集的特征。黄河流域各省区农业碳排放强度之间呈现良性的交互作用,空间溢出效应显著。从影响因素的直接效应来看,经济发展水平、受灾程度和农业公共投资的提高对黄河流域农业碳排放强度有显著的抑制作用,而城镇化率和农业机械水平的提高表现为显著的促进作用;从溢出效应来看,经济发展水平、经济结构、城镇化率和农业机械水平都会不同程度地降低农业碳排放强度,有利于农业碳减排。
Agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin plays an important strategic role.It is of great significance to clarify the spatial-temporal characteristics and spatial effects of agricultural carbon emissions in the Yellow River Basin for realizing the goal of“dual carbon”.Moreover,it is conducive to strengthening regional cooperation in the Yellow River basin.Based on the data from 2005 to 2020,the spatial and temporal characteristics of agricultural carbon emissions in the Yellow River Basin were analyzed,and the spatial effect of agricultural carbon emissions in the Yellow River Basin was analyzed by constructing Spatial Durbin Model.The results showed that the total agricultural carbon emission increased firstly and then decreased.On the whole,agricultural carbon emission intensity showed a trend of gradual decline.It shows that the agricultural emission reduction effect is remarkable in recent years.Agricultural carbon emission intensity has strong spatial autocorrelation and presents the characteristics of similar value aggregation.There is a positive interaction between agricultural carbon emission intensity and the spatial spillover effect in the Yellow River Basin.From the direct effect of the influencing factors,the improvement of economic development level,disaster degree and agricultural public investment have a significant inhibition effect on agricultural carbon emission intensity in the Yellow River Basin,while the improvement of urbanization rate and agricultural machinery level has a significant promotion effect.From the perspective of spillover effect,economic development level,economic structure,urbanization rate and agricultural machinery level will reduce agricultural carbon emission intensity to varying degrees,which is conducive to agricultural carbon emission reduction.
