摘要：文章主要探讨基础设施特许权合约设计中如何分析合约的经济条款问题,通过对特许权合约设定条件下特许权项目的资本回报率概率分布数值模拟,提出了基础设施特许权合约设计的数值模拟分析方法,为特许权合约设计和谈判提供了一种有效的分析工具。
The essay focuses on how to analyze the economic items involved in designing infrastructure concession contracts. Based on a virtualized probability distribution of capital return for concession projects under concession contract conditions, the author here presents a numerical-simulation analyzing model for the designing of contracts agreements involving infrastructure concession, providing an efficient analyzing vehicle for the design and negotiation of concession contract.
