摘要：环境支出是改善环境的有效途径,同时也会通过健康途径影响经济增长。本文构建了一个两时期世代交替模型,考虑了健康因素,分析了稳态均衡时政府环境支出对经济增长的影响,并利用中国2003~2010年的省级面板数据进行了经验检验。研究发现,政府环境支出的增加会显著地推动经济增长,即环境支出在提供环境公共服务和改善环境质量的同时可以推动经济增长。
Environmental govenance expenditure is an effective way to improve the environmental quality.It can also affect economic growth through the channel of human health.This paper constructs a two-period overlapping generation model,considering the human health factor to analyze the impact of government environmental expenditure on economic growth,and conducts an empirical analysis based on China's provincial panel data from 2003 to 2010.The result shows that the increase of government environmental expenditure can significantly promote economic growth,which means that government expenditure provides the environmental public service and improves environmental quality,as well as promoting economic growth.
