摘要：基于CHIPS调查数据,从职业流动和地域流动角度,探讨工作转换对农村劳动力收入变动的影响。研究表明,年龄、性别、婚姻状况、受教育程度以及职业性质等均对农村劳动力工作转换具有显著影响;在对农村劳动力工作转换影响因素分析的基础上,采用Mincer经验方程和Keith的收入增长模型,分析工作转换的收入效应,研究发现,向上与平行的职业转换、向上与平行的地域转换及二者同时发生的工作转换对收入增长的影响显著为正,而向下的职业转换和地域转换对收入增长的影响显著为负。
Based on CHIPS survey data,this article analyzes the impact of job change on rural labor income from the per?spective of occupational mobility and geographic mobility.The results show that age,gender,marital status,education level,and occupational nature all have a significant impact on the job change of rural labor.Based on the analysis of the in?fluencing factors,this paper adopts Mincer empirical equation and Keith's income growth model to analyze the income ef?fect of the job change.It is found that upward and parallel job switching,upward and parallel geographical change,and the simultaneous occurrence of the two changes have a significant positive impact on income growth,while downward job and geographical change have a significant negative impact on income growth.
