摘要：本文从城市群公共危机协同治理的内涵出发,运用协同熵分析城市群公共危机多主体系统的演化机理,并进一步构建城市群公共危机协同治理网络,最后从完善法律法规体系、建立信息沟通共享机制和优化资源配置三方面提出城市群公共危机协同治理的路径。
First of all,the article analyzes the connotation of the synergy governance of urban agglomeration public crisis,and then analyzes the evolution mechanism about the urban agglomerations public crisis multi-agent systems by applying the co-entropy theory. After that,an urban agglomeration public crisis collaborative governance network is constructed. Finally,a three-perspective mode of building the synergy governance of urban agglomeration public crisis is proposed by means of improving the legal system,establishing information sharing mechanism and optimizing the allocation of resources.
