摘要：银行网点为银行开展各项业务提供了场所,在新兴金融服务快速发展的背景下,银行应更加重视网点布局的合理性。基于电子地图数据,运用核密度估计、平均最近邻分析、相关系数分析等方法,分析南京市江宁区银行网点空间布局及区位选择。研究结果表明:南京市江宁区银行网点集聚特征显著;不同类型银行网点分布特征存在一定差异,全国性股份制商业银行集中性最强,国有商业银行和地方性股份制银行均为中心区集聚、外围区零散分布,地方性股份制银行在外围区的分布更均匀;江宁区银行网点集聚与零散线性分布并存;综合经济实力、人口、商业中心、道路和地铁对银行网点的分布具有显著影响。
Bank branches provide space for banks to carry out various businesses.Under the background of the rapid development of new financial service,banks should pay more attention to the layout of the bank branches.Based on the electronic map data,this paper analyzes the spatial layout and location selection of bank branches in Jiangning District of Nanjing by using the methods of kernel density estimation,average nearest neighbor analysis and correlation coefficient analysis.The results are as follows.The characteristics of bank branches agglomeration in Jiangning District of Nanjing are significant.There are some differences in the distribution characteristics of different types of banks.The concentration of national joint-stock commercial banks is the strongest.Both state-owned commercial banks and local joint-stock banks are concentrated in the central area and scattered in the peripheral area,and the distribution of local joint-stock banks in the peripheral area is more uniform.The agglomeration and scattered linear distribution of Jiangning District Bank Network coexist.Comprehensive economic strength,population,commercial centers,roads and subways have a significant impact on the distribution of bank outlets.
