摘要:The hesitant fuzzy linguistic preference relations (HFLPRs) facilitate decision makers to express hesitant assessments in fuzzy decision making problems. It is important for the use of consistent HFLPRs since inconsistency leads to unreliable decision making results. This paper aims at proposing the additive and multiplicative consistency improvement processes for HFLPRs such that they reach an acceptable level. Some properties of the additive and multiplicative consistency of HFLPRs are investigated, based on which two algorithms for improving the additive consistency and multiplicative consistency are introduced. Two numerical examples are analyzed by using the algorithms and the comparative analysis between the proposed model and other models is also given. A multi-criteria decision making model based on HFLPRs is proposed, and a practical example on performance evaluation of commercial banks is presented to show the feasibility of the proposed model.
