摘要:零售业是联系供应商与消费者最直接的桥梁,是关系国计民生的基础性产业。随着互联网的发展,新的零售业态不断涌现,实体零售商开始了从传统"纯实体"到"触网"、再到"新零售"的尝试。文章利用2005—2018年零售企业层面微观数据,采用面板数据回归的方法,从演化过程来分析不同阶段的零售业态选择对以零售商为联系的上游供应商和下游零售商福利水平的影响。研究结果表明:从整体上来看,实体零售商在从实施"触网"再到"新零售"的过程中,供应商、消费者的福利水平逐渐提升;从各个阶段来看,实体零售商实施"触网"拓展网络销售渠道会增加上游供应商和下游消费者的福利水平,开启"新零售"全渠道模式会在一定程度上降低上游供应商和下游消费者的福利水平。为进一步优化零售业的发展,应以消费者为核心,提高消费者的购物体验;加强零供合作,实现全渠道供应链融合发展;完善零售配套设施建设,强化政策支持;立足发展新格局,满足国内需求。
The retail industry is the most direct bridge to connect suppliers and consumers, and a basic industry related to the national economy and people’s livelihood. With the development of the Internet, new retail formats continue to emerge, and brickand-mortar retailers have begun their attempts from the traditional "pure entity" to the "access to the Internet" and then to the "new retail". This article uses micro-data at the retail enterprise level from 2005 to 2018 and uses panel data regression method to analyze the impact of different stages of retail formats selection on the welfare of upstream suppliers and downstream retailers connected with retailers from the evolutionary process. The results of the research are as follows: on the whole, the welfare level of suppliers and consumers has gradually improved during the process of physical retailers from the implementation of the "access to the Internet" to the "new retail";from the perspective of various stages, the implementation of physical retailers’ expansion of online sales channels by the "access to the Internet" will increase the welfare level of upstream suppliers and downstream consumers. To a certain extent, opening the "new retail" omni-channel model will reduce the welfare of upstream suppliers and downstream consumers. In order to further optimize the development of retail industry,it is necessary to take consumers as the core to improve their shopping experience, strengthen the cooperation of retailer and supplier to realize the integrated development of omni-channel supply chain, improve the construction of retail facilities to strengthen policy support, and meet the domestic demand based on the new pattern of development.
