摘要：目前我国正进入到快速城市化时期,大量的土地被征用,诞生了一个失地农民群体。当前,失地农民传统的社会资本在不断解构,现代性的社会资本尚未完全构建,这种状况不足以支撑失地农民的市民化转型。因此,重构失地农民的社会资本,需要发挥政府的主导作用,为重构失地农民的社会资本提供政策、制度支持;引导失地农民和城市市民的全面交往,为重构失地农民的社会资本提供社会、文化环境支持;提升失地农民的技能素质,为重构失地农民的社会资本提供人力资本支持。
At present,our country is entering a fast urbanized period,large amount of farmland are taken over,thus a group of farm-lost peasants emerges.Now,the traditional social capital of the farm-lost peasants is ceaselessly decomposed,but the modern social capital has not been established yet;such condition is not enough to support the transformation of the farm-lost peasants.Therefore,for re-construction of the socialist capital of the land-lost peasants,it is necessary to：give full play to the government＇s leading action so as to give the social cultural environment support to the farm-lost peasants;guide the farm-lost peasants to associating with the urban people,so as to give the social cultural condition support to the farm-lost peasants;enhance the farm-lost peasants＇ technological quality,so as to give the manpower capital support to the social capital of the farm-lost peasants.
