摘要：平台经济反垄断和防止资本无序扩张是新发展格局下完善社会主义市场经济体制、推动高质量发展的内在要求。本文立足于马克思主义产权理论,在深入剖析垄断的本质和垄断产生原因的基础上,从产权界定视角明确社会主义市场经济条件下平台经济领域垄断的根源在于大数据要素和平台企业私人占有。另外,通过对大数据社会化属性的分析和产权界定,比较论证平台企业产权公有化的合理性和可行性,在此基础上提出平台企业国有化和平台财富全民共享是平台经济领域反垄断的根本解决方案。
Anti-monopoly of platform economy and the prevention of disorderly capital expansion is the prerequisite for improving the socialist market economy and economic development. With a deep analysis of the nature and the cause of monopoly under the guidance of Marxist theory of property rights, the paper defines from the perspective of property rights the private ownership of data and platforms by enterprises as the root of monopoly in the socialist market economy. Based on an analysis of the socialization of and a definition of property rights of data, the paper attempts to demonstrate in a comparative way that the nationalization of platform enterprise property rights is reasonable and feasible. It further puts forward that the nationalization of platform enterprises and the national ownership of platform wealth can eradicate platform monopoly in economy activities.
