摘要：文章构建包含数字基础设施、数字产业发展、数字网络应用、数字科研支撑共四个维度的数字经济评价指标体系,采用熵权法对黄河流域九个省份的数字经济发展水平进行评价。结果表明,黄河流域数字经济发展水平较低,各省份之间存在较大差异,数字经济内部的四个维度在不同省份表现悬殊。耦合协调分析发现,流域内各省份数字经济四个维度之间具有较强的相互作用,但协调性较差,属于数字科研支撑滞后型失调。因此,各省份要积极建立数字经济区域合作平台和数字技术协同创新平台,加强流域数字经济协同创新发展。
This paper constructs an evaluation index system of digital economy from four dimensions of digital infrastructure,digital industry development,digital network application and digital scientific research support,and uses the entropy method to evaluate the development level of digital economy of nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin.The results show that the de-velopment level of digital economy in the Yellow River Basin is relatively low,with large differences among provinces,and that the internal four dimensions of digital economy differ greatly in different provinces.Coupling coordination analysis finds that the four dimensions of digital economy in the provinces of the Yellow River Basin have a strong mutual effect,but the coordination is poor,which belongs to the lagging maladjustment of digital scientific research support.Therefore,all provinces should actively establish a regional cooperation platform of digital economy and a collaborative innovation platform of digital technology to strengthen the collaborative innovation development of digital economy in the Yellow River Basin.
