摘要：Based on entrepreneurial attitudes, entrepreneurial orientation, the cognition of the entrepreneurial key factors, and the aesthesis of the national economic situation and trends and the social entrepreneurship environment aspect, this article came up with a system of evaluation including 31 indexes. By using the factor analysis model, we identified and analyzed the key factors which impacted Chinese university students entrepreneurship. And according to the size of the influence degree of each factor, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and the suggestion. ? 2011 IEEE.
