摘要：光电子产业的多技术融合和产品应用广泛特征决定了其创新的网络化趋势,但其创新网络构建和演化机理尚待研究。本文以德国柏林州-勃兰登堡州地区光电子产业创新网络为例,借助复杂网络理论的部分方法,说明了丰富的历史积淀、强大的原生性科研力量和中介组织在网络构建中的作用。研究表明,光电子产业的创新网络构建取决于产业和技术特征,网络密度存在增长后趋稳的现象。网络演化的动力逐步由最初来自于"织网人"的撮合转化为创新主体的主动合作。
The feature of combined technology coverage and wide products applications decides the trend of innovative eyberizing of photonic industry, and its construction and evolution mechanism is to be explored. By taking Berlin - Brandenburg photonic cluster in Germany as example, and by means of partial method of complex network, it is argued that the technological back- ground, research power, and net fabricator play an important role in the construction and evolution of the network. The construc- tion of innovation network is decided by the features of technology and industry, while the density of network would maintain sta- ble after certain increase of network density. The driving force of network evolution from initial fabricators matching turns to ulti- mate auto - cooperation within member knots.
