摘要：乡村振兴的重点是产业兴旺,实现农村产业兴旺的基本路径是产业融合发展。新时代背景下,农村产业融合的内外部环境已发生变化,城乡居民消费新特点创造了农村产业融合的需求动力,降低交易成本是内生驱动力,技术创新提供了推动力,农村经营制度改革提供了制度环境。我国农村产业融合实践对乡村振兴的经济效应已初步显现,现代食品工业、休闲农业、乡村旅游、农村电商等新产业新业态快速发展,推动产业创新和产业结构优化升级,改善企业组织结构,促进农民增收和改善生态环境。深化农村产业融合发展需因地制宜发展融合新业态,积极推进农村产权制度改革,加强农村农业基础设施和公共服务建设。
The focus of rural revitalization is industrial prosperity,and the basic way to realize rural industrial prosperity is industrial integration and development.In the background of the new era,the internal and external environment of rural industrial integration has changed,upgrade of consumption of urban and rural residents creates the demand motive force of rural industry integration,reducing transaction cost are the internal driving forces,technological innovation provides the impetus,the reform of rural management system provides an institutional environment.The economic effects of the practice of rural industrial integration on the revitalization of rural areas have begun to emerge,new industries such as the modern food industry,leisure agriculture,rural tourism,and rural e-commerce have developed rapidly,promoting industrial innovation,optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure,and improving the organizational structure of enterprises.,increasing farmers’income and improve the ecological environment.To deepen the integrated development of rural industries,we need to develop new forms of integration according to local conditions,actively promote the reform of the rural property rights system,and strengthen rural agricultural infrastructure and public service construction.
