摘要：通过对河南省田径后备人才培养过程中现存问题的分析与研究,为河南省乃至全国各省田径后备人才的培 养与发展提供借鉴和帮助。
Through analyzing and studying the existing problem in the process of cultivating track and field mothball talents of He'nan province, the paper provides references and help for cultivating and developing the track and field mothball talents of He' nan province and other provinces in the country.
