摘要：电子商务是全球现代化的交易方式,在日常生活中迅速向前发展,但是电子商务中消费者权益的保护问题成为其发展过程中必须要解决的问题。本文针对这种情况,提出构建电子商务中消费者权益保护体系的建议。
Electronic Commerce is the business way of the modernization of the world,in the daily life develop forward,promptly.But,in Electronic Commerce,the problem of the protection of the Rights and Interests of consumers has become the problem which must be solved in developing process.Against the problem on the protection,the paper give the suggestion on the structuring of Electronic Commerce protects system.
